NASIB

North American Solutions for Islamic Beneficiaries

How it works

  1. Guided intake: we gather family structure, guardianship, and optional bequests (≤ one-third).
  2. Draft creation: distributions map to Qur’anic shares (fara’id); you review before signing.
  3. Sign & notarize: in-person notary (CA), then fund the trust with our checklist.
Is NASIB a law firm?
No. NASIB is a tool and document-preparation service. It does not provide legal advice. Complex matters may be referred to an attorney at your request.
Can a local Imam review my plan?
Yes. Drafts are aligned to widely accepted Islamic law principles. If you’d like a local Imam or scholar to review, we can coordinate that step during the pilot.
Do you serve outside California?
Our pilot focuses on California. Broader North American coverage will roll out in phases.
